  • Update request statuses, forward requests, or close them

• For end-users:
  • Access their list of pending requests
  • Use filters to sort requests by status, date, or other parameters
  • Create new requests through Catalog Services, with options to upload images and documents directly from device photos
  • Respond to requests with additional information to assist the help desk

The application supports multiple languages, including English and Italian, with Spanish and French slated for future releases.
